Leon Gavartin is the Vice President of Sales for the Jason Mitchell Real Estate Group, where he is in charge of one of the most productive real estate teams in the Country. During the past decade, he has been directly responsible for amassing over $700MM in residential real estate sales between him and his team.
Leon Gavartin is a seasoned executive with over 3 decades of experience in business operations, development, marketing, management and sales. Leon has held various ownership and management positions that include CEO, President and COO for various companies. For the last 10 years, Leon has been fully engaged in the Arizona real estate market. As a licensee, Leon acquired his knowledge from being engaged in the market and understanding the conditions that affect it.
Leon challenged himself and obtained his real estate broker’s license as soon as the time allowed, so that he could be more literate with real estate, be able to provide a valuable service to his clients as well as assist other agents in progressing their career.
In his personal time, Leon enjoys being with his two kids (Ben and Shayna), traveling as well as eating and having fun! Leon also sits on the Board of Trustees for Temple Solel where he heads the Facilities as well as the Safety and Security Committee. Leon was born in Riga, Latvia and speaks Russian fluently. Leon is a graduate of Northwood University with dual Majors in Management and Marketing.

Tina Lucas - Sales Consultant
Tina was in the healthcare industry for 15 years as a medical Sonographer. She specialized in maternal fetal medicine. Being such a big part of a very intimate time in a family's life is priceless to her. Having the responsibility of investigating the health of an unborn child taught her to be focused, driven, and relentless. She brings those same qualities to her clients now in real estate. Lainey Neff - Sales Consultant
Lainey is an Arizona native with a huge love for her home State and all of the unique real estate the Valley of the Sun has to offer. Having grown up in the East Valley and residing in Downtown Scottsdale/Arcadia during her studies at Arizona State University, Lainey had developed a keen eye for high-end real estate. While attending ASU, Lainey was fortunate enough to work under one of the Valley’s great architects where she developed a passion for kitchen design and remodeling. This experience in architecture and remodeling lends greatly to her true passion of real estate.
Prior to entering residential real estate, Lainey honed in her ability to build trust and personal relationships with her clients in outside sales. Additionally, she got her feet wet in real estate working for a boutique real estate consulting firm in North Scottsdale. Jonathan Leaman - Sales Consultant
Jonathan was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. He frequently visited Arizona to escape the cold and eventually decided to make it his permanent home in 2000. He currently lives in South Scottsdale with his wife and daughter. When he is not busy selling real estate he enjoys looking at model homes with his family, biking, being outdoors, playing ice hockey, and CrossFit.
Real estate has always been a passion of his from growing up going to model home and open houses with his parents to buying his first investment home at the age of 20. He has several years of real estate sales experience, and he is very honored to be brought on to the team.

Dylan Bucknavich - Sales Consultant
Originally from the Detroit area, Dylan moved to Phoenix in 2000, where he fell in love with the outdoor lifestyle the valley has to offer. He has been married since 2012 and became a father in 2014.
With a background in home building and customer service, Dylan owned and operated his own home inspection company for 9 years prior to entering real estate. He managed to inspect thousands of homes throughout the valley, relying on a referral based network. His experience as an owner in a real estate related business was priceless in his transition to a full time real estate agent. He has lived throughout the valley, but currently calls North Central Phoenix home.
He is an avid hockey fan, plays on a weekly league, and enjoys watching the Red Wings and Coyotes. Dylan spends any shred of free time he can muster with his family, or at the Phoenix Mountain Preserves, where he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and trail running.
Justin Johnson - Sales Consultant
Justin Johnson was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and is the graduate of Fresno State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
